Dark Sky are back yet again providing us with their latest release on Modeselektor's 50 Weapons imprint. For 50WEAPONS024 we see two tracks both leading to the more techno side of the bass music scene rather than the deep house side that we saw on "F Technology", which in MRgruff's opinion is one of the best releases of 2012.
On "Shutter Speed" we get half time drums with sweeping basslines. Another faultless production from Dark Sky.
"Hequon" provides us with a heavy beat featuring attention grabbing edits that are sure to keep any dancefloor on their toes.
