Noisily Festival 24/05/2013

It is less than one week to go before we pack our bags and head deep into the Leicestershire countryside. Here, in a beautiful wooded valley we find; Noisily Festival of Music and Arts, the perfect place to kick off the festival season.

Following a hugely successful first year, Noisily is back for round two. The line up speaks for itself with an impressive collection of carefully selected musicians and DJ's. Expect to hear a wide variety of electronic music, much of which we have seen re-emurge at the forefront of the bass scene this year. There will be plenty variations of house, trance and electronica on offer across the two main stages. (Full Lineup)

Noisily allows festival goers to escape from the real world and get lost in the woods for the weekend. The organisers have paid particular attention to detail to make sure music lovers party the weekend away in one of the most stunning natural environments on offer. The production values are high, so expect beautiful lighting and perfect sound quality throughout. 

The intimate festival will be characterised by its friendly faces, beautiful surroundings and fantastic music.

Noisily may only be in its second year, but this festival is set to become one to remember. It is one of the few festivals that successfully combine a stunning environment with such a high standard of music and arts.

Stream Nas' Pre-Illmatic Demo

This has been up on youtube for a couple of months now but up until today we have been unaware of it. For the first time ever you can stream a full demo tape of tracks made before the legendary New York rapper dropped the 1994 classic "Illmatic". When Nas dropped "Illmatic" everyone was shocked as to where this outstanding lyricist had suddenly come from, this newly found demo shows just how much of a young talent he was back then. Enjoy.

Now considering Joy O tracks are quite hard to come by, the fact that he's giving this one away must mean he's pretty excited about the future.
